NOMINATION PAPERS AVAILABLE

  Candidate nomination papers are available on or after Thursday, February 9, 2023, for the following MSAD 3 at-large school board seats, to be voted on at the annual District-Wide election:

MSAD 3 SCHOOL BOARD DIRECTOR:

✔  At-Large, with MONROE Residency Requirement (3-year term)

✔  At-Large, with MONTVILLE Residency Requirement (3-year term)

✔  At-Large, with THORNDIKE Residency Requirement (3-year term)

✔  At-Large, with UNITY Residency Requirement (3-year term)

✔  At-Large, with WALDO Residency Requirement (2-year term)

Towns of Brooks, Jackson, Troy, Freedom, Knox, and Liberty are not distributing nomination papers this year.

DEADLINE FOR DELIVERY NOMINATION PAPERS TO REGISTRARS OF VOTERS

All candidate nomination papers must be delivered to the Registrar of Voters in each of the MSAD 3 member municipalities where signatures have been collected on or before Thursday, March 9, 2023, for certification.

DEADLINE FOR DELIVERING CERTIFIED NOMINATION PAPERS TO THE MSAD 3

  All certified candidate nomination papers must be delivered to the MSAD 3 Central Office (84 School Street in Unity) by 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 16, 2023.

The candidates are responsible for collecting certified nomination papers from the Registrar of Voters and delivering them to the MSAD 3 Central Office by the deadline.

ELECTION DAY

  Election Day is Tuesday, June 13, 2023  All voters may vote in their town for all vacant at-large MSAD 3 Director seats, regardless of the residency requirement for the vacant seat.
