Jonas Holmes of Boy Scout Troop 233 in Unity, Maine has completed his Little Free Library Eagle Scout Project. This project involved plan design creation, overseeing fundraising, construction, and installation of Little Free Libraries at all six of the RSU #3 elementary schools. The goal of this project is to increase book access for children to improve their literacy skills and foster a love of reading. Books can be loaned or kept from the libraries, and community members can directly donate books to the libraries for others to enjoy.
