This morning, Deputy Tozier visited Mrs. Burgess' kindergarten class with our school counselor, Mrs. Doherty, to talk about the role of a School Resource Officer. Students learned a lot about the equipment on his belt and that just because you see a police officer, it doesn't mean something bad has happened and it doesn't mean you're in trouble. They even got Junior Deputy badges-- don't worry, they were instructed NOT to pull others over!
