After learning about Astronomy and being able to answer the essential questions, Mrs. Muther’s fifth grade class created travel posters to end their unit. Students chose a planet or moon that they wanted to know more about and had to research information such as temperature, gravity, length of year, amount of sunlight, and distance from Earth. Then they had to imagine creating a brand-new vacation resort on their planet or moon and create a travel poster to attract visitors. Where do you want to go on your vacation?
